Shipping & Order Fulfillment
Enjoy complimentary shipping on every order—no minimum purchase required.
Once your payment has been successfully processed, please allow 1 to 5 business days for order handling. Our fulfillment hours are Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM. Orders placed after hours, on weekends, or during public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Estimated Delivery Timeframe
We partner with reputable carriers, including USPS, to deliver your items securely. The typical delivery window is 20 to 30 business days, depending on your destination. Some delays may occur due to customs checks or national holidays. Once your order is dispatched, we will email you a tracking number so you can follow your shipment in real-time.
Items Received Damaged or Faulty
Please inspect your parcel promptly upon arrival. If your product is damaged, defective, or malfunctioning, you must notify us within 30 days of receipt. You can start the return or exchange process through our Returns Center. If the product is still available, you can opt for a replacement or store credit. Be sure to provide a clear description of the issue to help us resolve it quickly.
Missing or Misdelivered Shipments
In the rare event that your package is lost in transit and declared undeliverable, we will send a replacement at no extra charge. If your shipment is returned due to delivery failure, we can resend it, but reshipping fees will apply.
Please note: We are not liable for shipments marked as "delivered" by the carrier but not received. In such cases, we’ll provide your tracking information so you can file a claim with the courier. If you suspect your package was stolen, we advise filing a police report and sharing the case number with us—we’ll do our best to assist you in resolving the issue.
