Return Window
You have up to 14 days from the delivery date to submit a return request.


Return Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for a return, your item must meet the following requirements:

  • The product must be in unused and brand-new condition.

  • Original packaging and tags must be intact.

  • A proof of purchase, such as your receipt or order confirmation, is required.

Return Procedure
Once your return is approved, we’ll send you a prepaid return shipping label along with detailed instructions.
Important: Do not send items back without receiving prior return authorization, as these returns will not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please check your package upon arrival. If your order is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, reach out to us immediately so we can resolve the issue promptly.


Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Perishable items (e.g., food, plants)

  • Customized or personalized goods

  • Personal care items (like cosmetics or hygiene products)

  • Hazardous or flammable substances

Final Sale & Gift Cards
All sale, discounted, or clearance items, as well as gift cards, are considered final sale and cannot be refunded or returned.


Exchanges
Need a different product or size? The quickest way is to return your item (once approved) and place a new order separately.


EU Right of Withdrawal
If your purchase was shipped to a location within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Returned goods must be in unused, original condition with all tags and packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.


Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you about the status of your refund. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
